Hovering & taxiing

Vertical takeoff to a stabilized hover; small anticipatory inputs. Hover taxi IGE; air taxi OGE (~40 ft) if power allows.
Mind rotor wash/FOD, obstacles in the rotor arc, and dynamic-rollover cues near the ground.

Slope operations

Upslope skid first; lower collective slowly; cyclic into the slope to keep the disc level; stay within the POH slope limit.
If bank nears the limit, lower collective decisively and lift to a hover — never fight it with opposite cyclic alone.
